How To Make Calls For Harris In 30 Minutes Or Less
Busy but want to help Harris win? Try making some calls, it’s easy.
The presidential election’s a toss up right now, and getting out more swing state votes in the final hours is crucial.
If you can spare 30 minutes today, use this quick start guide to try making some calls (see also the Harris campaign call info page).
Pick a swing state to call.
Here’s the swing-state call links I recommend. You’ll reach more people from 5pm-9pm (local time) weekdays, and 10am-6pm weekends. So plan your 30 minutes of calling accordingly.

Michigan (Eastern)………………….. dialer link | Zoom support room

Wisconsin (Central)………………….dialer link | Zoom support room

Launch the dialer page.
All you need to make calls is a laptop or tablet (plus headset or AirPods). Most phonebanks offer a Zoom support room to answer any questions you may have. But to save time, let’s skip that and go straight to the dialer.
When you launch one of the dialer links above, you’ll see this:
First take a minute to preview the script. Next, choose whether to make calls from your laptop/tablet (‘call with this device’) or to use your phone for the audio.
Calling from your laptop/tablet is easiest; to use your phone, you must connect your phone by calling the phone number provided. In either case, your phone number won’t appear to the people you’re calling.

Make calls, be yourself, get out the vote!
Treat your calls like you’re talking to a friend, because you probably are. Most of the people you’ll be talking to will be Democrats.
I usually just introduce myself as a volunteer, and ask them if they’re planning to vote for president. I try to make conversation with them, follow the script more or less, and then tag the appropriate outcome and move to the next call.
Remember, this is a numbers game, perfection’s not required. You’ll get some hangups, and some people who don’t want to talk. And some people who still aren’t convinced - just do your best!
The 1/1 contact you’re making is invaluable for getting out extra voters: the more people say they’re planning to vote for Democrats, the more likely they are to actually do it!

Why spend 30 minutes now?
I’m working round the clock through Tuesday to get out every last vote for Harris, and so are tens of thousands of other people.
But we need you, too. The election could be decided by just a few thousand votes in one or two swing states. If you want Harris to win, you’ve got a very narrow window of time to do something about it.
So please try making some calls: it’s now or never!
