A Lookback for Leaders

A survey a political party would never send out

2024 was a brutal election year for all of us, but especially for leaders of volunteer groups. Working with the Democratic Party may have been a pleasant excursion for some, but for others it was a highway to Hell. Or at least that’s what we found in our 2022 survey of grassroots leaders.

Now that our newly elected Party chair, Ken Martin, is attempting to shift the DNC out of reverse gear, we are coming to volunteer leaders once again to pose the question:

“What was your experience working with the Democratic Party on the campaign trail?”

Let’s make sure the survey and its results get in the right hands. After all, those who don't learn lessons from the past may be condemned to repeat it.
