For the Phone Bank Organizers
The Collaboration Project, in partnership with Call 4 Change, invites you to complete a brief survey for volunteer organizers who lead, or plan to lead phone banks for the upcoming 2024 election cycle. All survey participants will receive an invitation to a 90-minute training and Q&A on leading effective phone banks.
The training will be led by Sylvia Russell, founder and director of Call 4 Change (C4C), the largest volunteer-led Democratic phone bank group in the country. C4C has 100-plus team members who assist with the running of C4C’s phone banks and over 10,000 phone bankers. During the 2020 election, C4C was a Biden/Harris national phone banking hub with a team of 120, averaging 180 volunteers per phone bank. For the GA run-off election C4C averaged 250 volunteers per phone bank, and for the midterm elections averaged 300-500 volunteers per phone bank.
As a phone bank leader you may have questions about:
developing phone banking strategies
working with campaigns
issues that arise during phone banks
using Mobilize more effectively
phone bank team roles
training volunteers and team members
follow-up volunteer techniques
We would like to tailor the conversation to your needs and the needs of your phone banking group. To that end, please fill out the survey by September 8th or pass this invitation on to phone bank leaders in your group. We will then follow up with a date and time for the event.
The Collaboration Project and Call 4 Change are dedicated to empowering phone bank leaders so we can collectively have the greatest impact on the outcome of next year’s elections.
