As a longtime activist pointed out: For years, grassroots groups have been frustrated by the weak messages we’re given to use with voters because we’ve seen firsthand, at the doors and on the phones, that those messages don’t persuade. This article helps explain where those messages come from and why they fall flat.

Great piece. This should be required reading for every Democratic strategist. It explains better than anything else I have seen or read why Democrats with few exceptions have failed to convince enough people to join them while providing a road map for a new approach.

The psychology, advertising, and wrapping of political messaging is soooo very crucial for the democratic party come 2026 & 2028. The days of "5 out of 6 dentists approved the item" is outdated and over.
